I know meatless mondays is more of an organizing concept than a commandment, but ours will actually be on Tuesdays.
We’ve been actually doing it more than just on Mondays so it’s kinda unimportant. But wanted to come clean.
Tonight’s centerpiece are steamed green pea sprouts. Usually takes an overnight soak + 3 days of rinsing. We’ve done them sauteed, braised, and steamed. Yum! May do a longer note on sprouting at some point.
